Joanne Landry has been working in quality and contaminant control for the food services industry in Atlantic Canada for over 20 years. Whether working in a laboratory, as a quality assurance manager, and since 2006, offering her prevention services to the restaurant and food manufacturing and processing industries, her experience in quality assurance, preventing cross-contamination, ensuring HACCP Program standards, can help your business.

Working from her home base near Moncton, New Brunswick, Joanne is able to travel wherever you need her to be. Her specialty is in seafood processing, but Joanne can also help restaurants and food processors with their food safety needs.

Joanne Landry’s qualifications include a Diploma in Environmental Technology, majoring in industrial chemistry and over 20 years of experience working as a technician testing food quality, in the food processing industry, and now providing these services as Food & Bacteria Control Inc. to the restaurant and food manufacturing and processing industries.
